With no warning or past medical history, Adam was dying of acute liver failure at 20 months old. As a result of a generous donor and a rock star transplant team, Adam received a chance to be a kid.

“Without the generosity of an organ donor, Adam never would have seen his second birthday. He wouldn’t have ridden a bike, lost a tooth or come home to his five siblings,” said his mom, Kristen. “Now, he’s a brilliant, thriving child!”
